Important Notice:
Iridium Activations/Deactivations Outage
16:00 06/Nov/2019 to 10:00 07/Nov/2019 GMT

As a user of our systems we need to make you aware of an upcoming Iridium outage affecting their systems. They are planning an update, which will affect our ability to activate contracts during the above time period.

During this time, we will not be able to activate any devices for which you add line-rental/credits. Activations would only happen after the outage is complete. If your device is active already before the outage starts, it will NOT be affected.

If you are planning to activate any devices during this period, or if you have any devices which are due to run out of line-rental during this time, please take some time now to ensure that you have adequate credits and line-rental.

If in doubt then we would suggest to top-up before 6th November.

This outage does NOT affect data. Be assured - data sent from already active units should be received as normal during the outage, it simply affects our ability to activate new contracts for devices.
